The Trivex was a massive elite universal diplomacy and trade organization that gave aid and benefits to space empires and kingdoms, including financially. One such empire was The Great Empire, which it donated 15 trillion Zeni to in 1089. It was ran by a council of wealthy older businessmen who would interview leaders of empires personally to judge if they would give them aid or not, a very strict process. Anyone who got aid from the Trivex was considered the 'real deal' and respected. It was dissipated sometime in the 1200s.
